A 2-floor apartment alteration in Hamilton Park, Jersey City. This project involved the meticulous restoration of a historic brownstone, with an emphasis on interior alteration and facade rejuvenation. Our team completely stripped the brownstone down to its studs, breathing new life into the structure.
Our design vision for this space was rooted in the principles of simplicity and elegance. We sought to create a space that exuded clean lines, minimalism, and a harmonious use of neutrals. To infuse warmth and comfort into this urban retreat, Jean Little (our client) curated the furniture and styling to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Our primary objective was to maximize the sense of space within the brownstone. To achieve this, we adopted a minimalistic approach in the design. Every square inch of the apartment was meticulously utilized to seamlessly blend living areas with innovative storage solutions.
This brownstone renovation project stands as a testament to our commitment to preserving the historical essence of the architecture while infusing it with a modern, functional, and aesthetically pleasing design.
