An architectural rendering for a client who loves French Normandy style. Popularized in the early 20th century, French Normandy style homes offer a unique, cozy feel. The characteristics of this style inspired the limestone facade, slate roof, half-round copper gutters, wrought iron balcony railings and the french casement and french doors.

To achieve the grand, stately look the client had in mind, we added symmetrical dormer windows, first floor segmented doors and windows, and steeply pitched hipped roofs that flare at the eaves to soften the transition from roof to wall.
